Update the dates in the event and news articles

    Description

      As per the issue: GOGREEN-767, expected behavior is
      1. Both news and events should have dates updated to 2012.
      2. Should be done for all languages

      Actual issue
      1. Only events have the dates updated to 2012 (issue screen-shot is attached)
      2. And updated events is available only in English
