Backport GOGREEN-1186 to 3.07.xx: Event dates not matching for translations

1) Opening Events/2014/12/NextGenFuels and open the translate dialog for Dutch shows 2014 mapped on 2013
2) Document names are not translated. For example:
/content/documents/hippogogreen/events/2013/03/future-build-2012---the-eco-event-in-california
3) Creating a translation of the document in 2) and translate year to 2013 will result in two sibling nodes both having name 2013
