[browse-perspective] Change the document listing

Fix styling of the icons and workflow overlay icons.
Since we don't need to support IE < 10 we can fix column outlining too.

Q: Is the wide-screen icon at the right position in the edit.png? It is now located all the way to the right. If so, it will be very difficult to build.
A: We are missing a wide screen icon that should be in the same place as in the current UI. It should be in the designs but somewhere in the process it got

Q: Can we get an wireframe of a document listing containing a huge number of documents? We need to know how pagination will look like.
A: This has not yet been designed. I will pick it up.

Q: translation icons - what should happen in case there more icons than fit in the column
A: for now, nothing special, keep current behavior

Q: are folders also shown in the document listing? That is the current behavior, but none of the designs shows a folder
A: yes, folders are also shown (i.e. the current behavior). There is no large icon yet for a folder.
