Render paging correctly in expanded and collapsed view

The paging below the document list should be rendered correctly in both expanded ('wide') and collapsed ('narrow') view.

N.B. the max. number of items in folders can be adjusted via the following properties in the console:

• http://localhost:8080/cms/console/?path=/hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-folder-views/hippostd:directory/list.page.size
