[pickers] move the breadcrumb to the bottom left and style it

    Description

      See the visual "Popovers/Popovers_Lnk_Picker"

      Use a flexbox solution similar to the tabs to make sure the entire breadcrumb can be displayed.

      We'll remove the "Up" button and the spinner.
