File copy dialog doesn't show access-denied feedback

See screenshots. The file copy dialog no longer shows feedback information if the copy action fails.
Scenario (SUT)
1) log in as user with restricted permissions, in SUT news-editor only has permissions on news documents
2) Select a (news) document
3) Copy the document to a folder (products) the user does not have write-permissions for
4) Click OK
Expected: Feedback panel 'Permission denied'
Actual: No feedback but dialog stays open.
