[AngularJS-picker] As an Editor, I want to see a breadcrumb

As part of the restyling (CMS7-8770), the breadcrumb will move to the bottom (see visuals) and use a different mechanism to handle the situation when more items are visible than fit in the space. As part of this story, implement the same mechanism.
