[CMS-6888] Regression: CMS stops working after creating namespace - Issues

To reproduce:

Log in as admin
Go to the documents, Configuration section
Add a namespace
Log out
Log in
Expected: Everything still works
Actual: Can't change perspectives, or do anything else (even logging out can be hard). This is so for any user.
