Regression: Can't commit document type in new namespace

    Description

      To reproduce:

      • Log in as admin
      • Go to the documents
      • Click "Configuration"
      • Add a namespace
      • In the namespace, create a new document type
      • Commit the document type
        Expected result: The document type is committed and can be used
        Actual result: The document is not committed and an error shows: "The action failed."
        Nothing is logged as far as I can see.
