Regression: IE8: Namespace editor: Type and State columns don't show

    Description

      In the Browse perspective, the Configuration section, when a namespace is selected, not all columns are displayed (IE8 only).

      In the wide view, only a small part of the Type column is shown, and the State column is not shown at all.
      The State column is not (completely) shown when not in the wide view.
