Content changes for the Experience manager document inside the EM disables the buttons

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the HAP channel
      2. Select the Experience Page menu item
      3. Select the simple document for content editing
      4. Make a content change and Save

      Expected result:

      Publish menu option is enabled

      Actual result:

      Publish and Take offline menu options are disabled - see screenshot

       

      The same behavior is when you have the versions tab open and you try to move components in the XPage.
