For xpages, if the sidepanel is used for component properties, there is no message that there are unsaved changes to the component when the page is published

• To get the component properties sidepanel: log in as author.
• On an xpage with unpublished changes, open the component properties for a component
• Make a change but don't save.
• Request publication using the Page menu 

Expected: a message appears that there are unsaved changes, do you want to cancel/discard/save.

Actual: no message, publication request is made, the change is discarded 

Note: if you disable relevance to get the component properties sidepanel and log in as admin, then the message does appear, but after the page is published...
