[CHANNELMGR-2464] Add second Webpack entry point to generate the iframe bundle - Issues

Requirements:

Build a second codebase;
Store that in the frontend-ng module;
The bundle should contain the code & CSS that eventually will be injected/pulled in by the channel inside the iframe;
As a first step, the code itself can print some console.log message;
Return link to the generated bundle using `url-loader`.
