Inject the iframe bundle for channels on the same origin

Requirements:

• The inject call should return a Promise that resolves when the added resources have been loaded.

Note:
The cross-origin case (which will be used for SPAs) is not yet covered in this issue. That 'else' part can, for now, log a "TODO" message.
