Channel Manager iframe app conflicts with the AngularJS-based websites

    Description

      The iframe module is being bootstrapped with the following parameters:

      angular.bootstrap(document, [iframeModule]);

      Any AngularJS-based website cannot be bootstrapped due to the following error:

      Error: [ng:btstrpd] App already bootstrapped with this element 'document'
