Wicket ajax pre call handlers are not called with an Ext ajax request

    Description

      The cms registers an ajax indicator which uses the pre and post call handlers of Wicket.Ajax. At the moment it is not giving feedback for Ext ajax request. The ajax adapter which bridges between Ext and Wicket needs to be fixed.
