Regression - Translation is broken

1. Login to CMS
2. Navigate to documents
3. Add a new root folder with different language say French
4. Link the French root folder to English root folder
5. Select any document gettingstarted >> news >> 2011 >> Totyota suggests ........
6. Click on translation tab and select "French" from the drop down
7. In the translation dialog define the folders names and document name
8. Click on "Ok" button

Expected - A document should be created in French folder with French flag
Actual - Visually nothing happens, the browser keeps loading. User has to run "Hard refresh" to continue working in that page
