Newly created documents lack hippo:availability out-of-the-box

    Description

      Newly created documents that aren't saved yet appear in the live HST content tree (although empty). The reason for this is that the hippo:availability property is not there yet on the new node, and it is found by the xpath query supporting the live hst:content node.

      This can be fixed by adding the property to the document prototype with value 'preview'.

      However the property is not added to prototypes when creating new document types in the doc type editor, nor is it present in the prototypes generated by the archetype.
