Add hippo:availability to Value List documents prototype

    Description

      Since hippo repository version 2.22.08 every newly created document in the cms gets a hippo:availability property set. Value List documents of the selection plugin don't have workflow, and so that property is not populated. This results in those documents not being available in HST. New value list documents should get the values "preview" and "live" set automatically when a new document is created.

      Or even proper publication workflow should be implemented [edit: for that, HIPPLUG-498 is created]

      No updater is need for this issue since absence of hippo:availability will not lead to problems.
