Namespace issues when bumping to 2.20.07

There has been a micro bump in the hipposys and hippo namespace in the RepositoryImpl which now registers these namespaces with a different micro version. Due to some bootstrap files containing (unneeded) hardcoded namespaces with a different micro version, the 2.20.07 fails to correctly start. Of course, a micro lenient xml import (bootstrap) and export would solve the issue for ever. For now, imo, best way to go is to revert in the RepositoryImpl

1) the hipposys ns bump
2) the hippo ns bump
