    Description

      In HSTTWO-3883 was established that we can optimize Channel Manager performance by letting the repository (SecurityManager) only sync user and memberships if a flag has been set.

      Meaning to only sync on CMS and Console login.

      The flag can be an attribute of the Credentials object passed to the repository.login() call.
