    Description

      In HSTTWO-3883 was established that we can optimize Channel Manager performance by letting the repository (SecurityManager) know to sync user and memberships only on CMS and Console login.

      Meaning to not do syncs if HST logs in, in Channel Manager.

      The flag can be an attribute of the Credentials object passed to the repository.login() call.
