    Description

      The HCM project currently has the hippo-configuration-management-repository implementation as a sub module, but this needs to be moved to hippo-repository to prevent/break its circular build dependency as it depends on the hippo-repository itself.

      So the the HCM repository module will be moved to and merged with the REPO engine module
