    Description

      The new ConfigurationService and ConfigurationLockManager have been implemented through HCM-60 (and earlier) and integrated in the hippo-repository through REPO-1681.

      As this is a complete rewrite of the bootstrap process and lock management thereof, extensive concurrency unit-tests and integration testing is needed to validate and guarantee the reliability and stability of this new solution.
