When deleting a page that contains children, the descendant child sitemap items get also removed but not their pages

We need to make a choice:

1) Either remove also all child pages as well, OR
2) Only make it possible to remove a page if it has no descendants. In that case, a webmaster first needs to remove descendants. This seems safer wrt an accidental remove of a possibly large tree of pages
