    Description

      Let's use latest version of the dependency to net.sourceforge.htmlcleaner:htmlcleaner

      The CMS already has bumped it's similar version to 2.10, see CMS7-8914

      If we want to keep these versions always the same for HST and CMS, we can manage the version in the project pom that is the parent of the both.
