Custom message in channel manager event listener exception should be shown in UI

    Description

      When a custom channel manager event listener throws a ChannelManagerEventListenerException with a message, that message should be shown to the end user. Currently, an end user always sees the cryptic message "Channel creation|update stopped by listener <some listener Java class>", which is not very informative for end users.
