Tiger Sprint 202, Tiger Sprint 203
Description
When having implemented a channel manager event with the event.setException [1], the exception message is not presented to the user.
Looking at HSTTWO-3037 "Custom message in channel manager event listener exception should be shown in UI", this was done in Hippo 10 but it apparently this was lost in a rewrite in 11 and 12.
In Channel Mgr code, method ChannelService.publishOwnChanges() logs the given message to the browser console and shows a generic message e.g. ERROR_CHANGE_PUBLICATION_FAILED ("Failed to publish changes").
A client on 12 is asking for it as "pretty important".
