Groovy script to move containers to workspace should be bootstrapped automatically

The upgrade documentation on onehippo.org describes a Groovy script to move containers to the HST workspace:

Developers will have to copy-paste that script and the associated query for every deploy of every project that is upgraded from 7.8 to 7.9. That's a bit tedious.

It's much more convenient if the HST bootstraps this Groovy script automatically, so users can just select the script and run it.
