Improve location of feedback messages dropdown indicator

In Essentials, dropdown indicators (chevron) are used in multiple locations. They are also used in the header's feedback messages dropdown indicator. There, they are currently located after the first message. We want to locate them before the message, but in order to do this, the additional messages will have to be aligned property. This alignment should become part of the Hippo Theme.
