Better location for feedback messages dropdown indicator

Currently, the indicator that you can drop-down the feedback messages in the dashboard header is located at the end of the first message. To make the UI more intuitive, it should be moved to the start, just like we do it for the "Changes made by this feature" functionality.

In order to keep the messages horizontally aligned, a change is needed in the Hippo theme (styling).
