Import Tool - users need to be able to provide hippo:text information *manually* per binary file

Currently the import-tool doesn't create or populates the hippo:text property when importing binaries. This causes unnecessary, and costly, reindexing on all nodes. Not just during the initial import, but also on future changes.

If users can provide manually generated hippo:text data per binary file, then it could improve the performance.
