Import Tool - import-tool should *automatically* extract hippo:text value from a binary file and add the property on binaries

Currently the import-tool doesn't create or populates the hippo:text property when importing binaries. This causes unnecessary, and costly, reindexing on all nodes. Not just during the initial import, but also on future changes.

If import tool can extract hippo:text values automatically from binary file (if not provided manually. see HIPPLUG-1068 for manual provision), then it would be more user friendly.
