GoGreen Console - Left pane scroll bar navigation is broken

    Description

      In console, when there is scroll bar in the left pane. The navigation is not seamless. Every time I click on an item, the scroll bar moves top and user has to scroll down to the item he/she just clicked. Its annoying.

      Steps to get scroll bar in left pane - Open many items from the root, click on tag (its quick)
