The scrolling behaviour of the tree in the console jumps back to top with an ajax response

The cms and the console sharing the same cookie for storing the scrolling behaviour. Under certain conditions the handling of the cookies, which are used to restore the scrolling position after a ajax requests ( e. g. rerender of the tree) fails. The scrolling offsets are stored twice in the cookie.
