Add documentation of intended use of default CMS users

We received feedback from the field that devs want to change the default admin password while still working with Essentials (i.e. in a dev environment). We may want to better document that Essentials depends on the default admin password, and that therefore, it should not be changed in the dev environment, or how developers can change it and keep Essentials working.
