Hardcoded admin password in GlobalUtils.java

    Description

      There is a hardcoded "admin" password value at line 240 of GlobalUtils.java. This doesn't allow for configuser password to be changed and creates problems when trying to set different passwords in hst-config.properties or tomcat-users.xml
