Add the SEO information to the html head

The SEO plugin lets you set the seo properties, but does not add them to the html head. The seo.ftl is lacking the headcontribution tags that the seohelper.ftl from the forge plugin has. Also a headcontributions tag is missing. When adding that, I can imaging using a category "seohelper" for that.
