JS resources of skeleton package bear Hippo license headers

    Description

      The files

      /plugins/skeleton-package/src/main/resources/instructions/js/bootstrap.min.js
      /plugins/skeleton-package/src/main/resources/instructions/js/jquery-2.1.0.min.js

      are not changed by Hippo, but currently bear the Hippo license header. This should be corrected such that both the Essentials project sources and the skeleton-package JAR correctly mention the usage of these resources in their LICENSE and NOTICE files.
