Content Blocks editor should not offer link to cms

Currently when you go to the content blocks editor in Essentials it will give you warnings about uncommitted document types along with a link to cms to take you directly to the document type editor. It is extremely likely that a tab or window to the CMS already exists. Since our application cannot handle multiple tabs/windows this will lead to strange behavior. While no issue has arisen because of this, it is very unfriendly to the user. It also implies that multiple tabs would work when they do not.

Either build multiple tab support into the cms or don't offer a link that makes tabs unstable.
