Use folder template queries in manage content tags

    Description

      All features that use the hst.manageContent tag with a defaultPath can be updated to also use the attribute folderTemplateQuery. The newly created folders will then created by the query instead of by making a copy of the parent folder.

      This will enable also adding manage-content buttons to the FAQ feature, that has specific requirements for the created new folder.
