Clean up FAQ plugin configuration

    Description

      There is a new-faq-list-document-folder template query configured and inserted in the project when the FAQ feature is installed. But this query is never used anywhere, so I think it can be removed.

      There are also translations for it, those can be removed as well.

      NB: there are translations available in two *-translations.json files for FAQ, but there are no Spanish or Chinese translations there. Shouldn't there be?
