Explanatory text in revision history isn't accurate

    Description

      The revision history dialog has a text: "Revisions are created when a document is published, taken offline or an old revision is restored."

      The latter part seems untrue; when a revision is restored, this does not lead to an extra entry in that dialog.

      Oh and the Dutch wording "Revisie geschiedenis" should be "Revisiegeschiedenis"
