Creating a new document or renaming sometimes results in the wrong node name

    Description

      When you create a document or rename one. The name you type is shadowed by the 'URL name'. If you type too quickly (and hit return) the resulting node name can have an incomplete name. So trying to call the document "foo bar blah blah" might result in a node name of "foo ba" or anything between nothing and the end of the string.

      This actually happened before, a long time ago: CMS-4108
