When creating a new document, the url for the document is created automatically. When this URL generation is too slow, the "URL Name" field is still empty when submitting the document. This results in an error message. See the attached AVI movie.
Sometimes, the url generation is "half way", for example when the user is a fast typer, types a document name "foo bar", and presses OK fast, then it could happen that the document is named "f" , "foo ba" , or anything in between.
