Reset URL doesn't work after "Error to validate input names" error on create folder /Add root folder dialog.

Steps to reproduce:-->
1.Click on "Add root folder" button in cms.
2.Give a name eg."foldercheck" in name field.
3.edit the URL using edit link.
4.enter "test:test" in URl field or simply clear the URl field value.
5.Click Ok button.
6."Error to validate input names" error shown on dialogue.
7.Now try to reset the URl using reset link.
8.Reset doesn't work & value of name field i.e."foldercheck" doesn't get filled in URL.

Expected:-->1.Clear error message should be displayed if user gives wrong value in URL field.
2.Reset should work even after the error.
