Adding image to gallery using multiple-file-upload dialog: upload button stays disabled when clicked before selecting files

    Description

      When adding an image to the gallery, if user clicks on the upload button before having selected any files to upload, the upload button is disabled, and it stays disabled even after selecting image files.
