Deprecate usage of flash for multi-file upload

    Description

      Using flash for multi-file uploads must get deprecated in both documentation and code.

      Preliminary search in the cms code for 'fileupload.flashEnabled' revealed
      FileUploadWidgetSettings.java
      namespace-hippo.xml
      gallery-namespace-frontend.xml
      gallery-workflow-frontend.xml
      However, there will probably be more places to look for code deprecation.
