Use the wicket image uploader by default instead of the flash one

    Description

      As explained on http://www.onehippo.org/7_8/library/concepts/editor-interface/disable-using-flash-for-uploading-image-versions.html the flash based variant gives too much issues in production.

      For now we should stick to the wicket uploader till we fix the image uploading fundamentally.

      Please update documentation where needed.

      Behavior of existing projects should not be changed.
