Document type field specific 'constraints' like height or width for a Html field should be stored with the field definition itself (workflow capable) and not in the editor template (not workflow capable)

    Description

      For the new ContentType Service (CMS7-7024) this is an important issue as it currently cannot 'trust' the editor template configuration to be representative for the 'live' document type if that document type also is being edited.
